A Grand Sumo Tournament is held once every other month.

This year, Hakuho won the January Grand Sumo Tournament and Asashoryu won the March Grand Sumo Tournament. Both are in the highest rank in Sumo, called Yokozuna. Their match-up draws the attention of people.
